We had lunch here. It was by far one of the best food we’ve had in Italy. We’ve had some amazing natural wine there as well. The service was amazing. They also gave wonderful recommendations to visit. Marcello was amazing! I will definitely travel back just for this restaurant

We returned a few weeks ago to this restaurant where we had been last winter; this is to underline that I loved the place! The dishes are typical of the Parma tradition, perhaps revisited, but with top quality ingredients! The service is fast with very professional staff!

We arrived by motorbike at dinner time without a reservation, they had no place, they kindly offered us a table outside to at least have an aperitif. We accepted and they served us a plate of exquisite cured meats, with two glasses of wine. We then asked if it was possible to eat a plate of tortelli d'erbetta, simply speechless for the goodness. In short, we are talking about simple dishes and local cuisine, not master chef tricks, but made with the heart. The restaurant is located in the small hamlet of Vianino, where you would never imagine finding so much poetry in simple food, just as it once was, and people so friendly that you almost feel embarrassed. Try it to believe there is still something PURE!
